can my school group sign up for the marblies
FUNdraiser?
Signing up your
school group for the marblies FUNdraiser is very
easy! You just need to complete and mail the
Fundraising Agreement with your campaign details.
Can
I conduct a fundraiser at any time of the year?
Yes, you can schedule your
fundraiser at any time of the year.
How
many people are required to participate in the
fundraiser?
Marblies is the perfect
fundraiser for groups of every size, large or
small.
What
if we want products delivered before a major
holiday?
Be sure to plan
your sale dates so that you have delivery ten days
before the holiday targeted. Your products will
arrive within two weeks after we receive your
orders.
Should
students collect the money when they take an
order?
Yes. We recommend
that you collect the money as the orders are
taken. This simplifies the entire process.
Who
should buyers make check payable to?
Buyers should
make checks payable to your school or organization.
Is
there sales tax on the orders?
Sales tax
requirements vary from state to state. If you are
unsure of your state's law and position regarding
collection and payment of sales tax on items that
your school/group sells for a fundraiser, we urge
you to check with your state's department of
revenue.
All Texas
schools/groups must complete a Sales Tax Exemption
Form. This form must be signed an returned to
Marblies prior to commencing your fundraiser.
Marblies is not
obligated to charge and collect tax on fundraising
items in any state where it does not have nexus,
or physical presence. Your school/group is 100%
responsible for complying with your state's sales
tax laws.
How
do we submit our orders?
Mail the orders
to us in the postage-paid envelope included in the
chairperson packet. Be sure to use the check list
inside the envelope.
How
long will it take for the products to arrive?
You will receive
the products within two weeks after we receive your
order.
How
do we check the shipping status of our order?
We will
notify you via email of your order shipment, so
you can easily track it online.
Can I get
FREE merchandise samples?
Sorry
we do not provide free merchandise samples. You
can purchase one or a few pieces at our store.
If
you would like to get acquainted with our
merchandise, color brochures, order forms, tally
sheets and packaging service, we recommend the
fundraising sample kit. It costs only $7.95 and
it is FULLY REFUNDABLE upon completion of your
fundraiser. The sample kit comes with 4
miniatures ($12 retail).
