Signing up

Signing up for the marblies FUNdraiser is very easy! Print the Fundraising Agreement and the Sales Tax Exemption Form. These forms must be signed and mailed to marblies prior to commencing your fundraiser.

Fundraising Agreement (pdf format)

All schools/groups must complete a Sales Tax Exemption Form.

For Texas, use:

Texas Sales Tax Exemption Certificate (pdf format)

For all other states, use:

General Sales Tax Exemption Certificate (pdf format)
